New perch style seating has been installed at the Hixon Parish Council bus shelter in Back Lane. The brick-built bus shelter was built in 1963 and has had a few minor design changes along the way, but essentially the same as the original. A similar bus shelter in Church Lane will shortly undergo a ‘makeover’.
