| Residents living adjacent to proposed access track were aware that the field was likely to be developed at some point. However, the developer of their houses (3 off), who is the same developer looking for planning permission to use the track for access to the field, stated via his solicitor that the track would not be used as a through route. Residents said that the track was too narrow to be used as access to more houses and agreed with the points that Highways had made in their consultation response letter, that recommends refusal. |
