| 058/24 | Draft Budget number two 2025-2026 was looked at in some detail. Additional expenditure on the following items was proposed at the meeting:
Street Art in Church Lane bus shelter (£1K) Perch seat in Back Lane bus shelter (£500) CCTV on the 4 main exit roads and playing field– estimate of £10-15K, £10K added on to Highways Safety expenditure. Add in a cost for road sweeping. Cllrs Hilton and Raby will take on setting up a Youth Council, £500 added to budget. Clerk will prepare a report on DSE issues for next meeting. Employment Committee to meet before 21st January to consider Clerk’s salary for 2025-2026. Budget and precept to be finalised at meeting on 21st January 2025. |
