019/21 | Ideas for improvements around the traffic island: The Parish Council received a detailed report (Review of Mini Island at Junction with Smithy Lane) and agreed with report recommendations that it was not practical to introduce any structure on the raised and painted island or in the vicinity of the roundabout. It was suggested that artwork could be put up on the open space – use local artists? Have a rural theme. Create a design that BriStor could make. Use newsletter to put out a communication on this. |

022/21 | Format for future meetings – consider delegation to Clerk: Council does not want to meet inside in May – suggestion to leave indoor meetings until ca. Sept. Clerk advised that remote meetings after May 6th would not be considered lawful and that decisions could be challenged. Delegation to Clerk, with decisions made following consultation with councillors and ratified at next properly convened meeting was recommended by NALC. Suitable scheme of delegation for adoption had been circulated by Clerk. No decision on format of future meetings made. Clerk to ask SPCA and legal at SBC what Parish Councils should do. |

Ask again for a risk assessment/ask Weston what has been provided to it. Chair gave contractors £40 for working late when putting in SID poles, Council agreed to reimburse this money to him. |
