The annual parish meeting will be held at 7:30 pm on Tuesday 19th May 2026 in Hixon Memorial Hall. All Parishioners and spokespersons on behalf of Parish organisations are invited to attend and take part. The meeting will be chaired by Brendan McKeown, Chair of Hixon Parish Council.

The Parish Meeting may, by Law, discuss all Parish affairs and pass resolutions accordingly. The following matters have, so far, been placed on the Agenda.
